November 6th, 2017 –
In late October we finished the installation on our Marylebone project, ready for the photo shoot at the end of last week. As usual this meant a hectic week with all hands on deck for the design team, but it was all worth the effort! You can find a few pictures in our portfolio section with a few more to be featured in print in early 2018, so watch this space.
This home was a joy to design thanks to the bold taste of our client. The brief allowed for an eclectic and fun design, which we achieved by using a combination of modern and vintage furnishings as well as layering patterns, textures and bright colours. Our favorite room in the property has to be the open-plan living-dining space, where the use of layered lighting creates a unique and exciting visual experience and the crittal pocket doors to the kitchen are so useful in modern-day life as well as a key focal point design-wise.
Thanks to the brilliant team of contractors, consultants and of course the outstanding work by our design team we have a delighted client back in their own home.
This hectic week also marked the last installation for Gunter & Co for the year, with all of our other projects currently in the construction or design phases. However we have one more photo shoot to plan on an earlier installation at our Wimbledon project, watch our Instagram and our Portfolio page for pictures of this later in the year.
