Gunter & Co was appointed to lead the interior architecture and interior design for the full rebuild of this multi-generation London pied-a-terre.

The client brief was to maximise space and give the property a much grander interior to match the grandest classical hotels in London, perfectly suited to this premium address. Our aim was to create a home that was beautiful, timeless and of exceptional quality. Set under the eaves of an exclusive portered block our team redesigned the interior layout from a two bedroom two bathroom 1970’s interior with sloping roof lines, extensive corridors and walkways, into a classically designed three bedroom, three bathroom home.  We designed the layout around a large living area for entertaining and focused on concealing the eaves with bespoke joinery designs throughout which highlighted the ceiling height. We took real pleasure in researching historical architectural details to achieve the preferred design language.
