Chelsea Grade II Listed Townhouse

This Grade-II listed Chelsea townhouse, the London residence of one of our longest standing clients, underwent a full rebuild, including a basement, ground and first floor extension. Gunter & Co took on the role of interior architect and interior designer for this project.
The client brief was to transform this small and dated property into an uplifting and welcoming family home for a family with teenagers and two dogs. The design needed to reflect our clients’ preferred style of working with timeless designs and colourful finishes that feel unique and personal within the constraints of the listed buildings’ demands. Designing this family home was exceptionally rewarding because of our close relationship with the clients built over the course of many years working together on various other properties; as well as the pleasure of collaborating with some of the finest craftsmen on the unique finishes throughout the property.
