Set within an Arts and Crafts villa in Wimbledon Village, Gunter & Co completed a full refurbishment of this three-bedroom apartment.  The project covered a full layout redesign, modernisation of all building services, full interior design and a Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) package. As a full turn-key project, Gunter & Co took on the roles of interior architecture, designer as well as project manager.

The project brief was to transform a dated 1960s conversion with a host of wasteful hallways, mansard space, dark rooms and a lack of views to the outside into a home fit for a young family. We worked with neutral and natural shades of greens and blues as well as beautiful natural stones to curate a light filled home. The hallway is seen from every room and for that reason that Hamptons-inspired wood cladding was purposefully chosen as it ties all the spaces together as well as being incredibly hard-wearing for young children scooting around the property. Filled with beautiful finds from antique armchairs to the bespoke dining table, the eclectic combinations of old & new create a lovely homely feel with a big dose of fun.
